Thank you those who called for a chat about my last blog– it seems the concept of ‘embracing failure’ went down like Marmite, you either loved or hated it.
However once I explained the theory to the doubters it started make sense to them. It is ultimately a pro-active approach to performance improvement when applied in the correct way.

The objective of the theory is to create a relaxed state and in a relaxed state we perform better, a little adrenaline is useful, but too much stress will be detrimental to your performance and your health.
Secondly we should embrace failure because it is when we learn the most, if you ask any successful entrepreneur or athlete what experiences gave them the greatest learning, they’ll all tell you the same, when they failed.
